In-house circular knitting machines producing jersey, interlock, pique and fleece. Fabric QC — GSM, width, shrinkage — before cutting.
Pattern-cut to buyer tech pack. Flat-lock and over-lock stitching. Measurements checked against pre-production sample at each bundle.
Screen print, DTG and embroidery in-house. Colour checked against buyer-approved strike-offs. Position tolerance per spec.
Bio-wash, enzyme wash and softener as required. Dimensional stability checked post-wash. Hand-feel matched to approved sample.
AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection. Measurement, workmanship and appearance checks against buyer QC manual. Packing list sign-off.
Polybag, inner carton and outer master carton to buyer spec. Container loading from Tirupur; FOB Chennai or as agreed.
