CR Garments begins supplying international buying houses — first shipments to the Middle East and UK. FOB Chennai becomes the standard incoterm.
Production expands beyond basic tees to polo shirts, hoodies and activewear. In-house print and embroidery added to support full CMT orders.
Direct accounts established with US importers and EU buyers. Kids wear range added with compliance documentation. Private label and OEM service formalised.
In-house circular knitting machines. Jersey, interlock, pique, terry and fleece. Grey fabric QC before cutting.
Pattern-cut to buyer tech pack. Flat-lock and over-lock. Bundle QC and measurement check at every stage.
Screen print, DTG digital print and embroidery. Colour approved against buyer strike-offs before run.
Bio-wash, enzyme wash and softener finish. Dimensional stability and hand-feel checked against approved sample.
AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection. Third-party pre-shipment inspection welcomed on request.
Polybag, master carton and pallet packing to buyer spec. FOB Chennai — shipping line booking handled in-house.
Woven labels, heat-transfer labels, hang tags and polybag printing sourced and applied in-house for OEM orders.
Lab test coordination for buyer-required certifications — REACH, CPSC, OEKO-TEX. Reports available on request.
Proto and pre-production samples to buyer tech pack or CR Garments in-house design. Response time: 7–10 working days.
